Passengers can rate drivers and we think it’s only fair that it works both ways. At the end of a trip you automatically get the option to rate your passenger.

WORKING HOURS
You can work as many hours as you want with FREENOW, but it’s important to put the safety of you and your passengers first. Your wellbeing, on and off the road, is a top priority.
For pickups, see the terminal information in the app. For dropoffs, same as usual, confirm your passenger’s name and destination before you set off.
WAITING FOR PASSENGERS
We’ve got designated waiting areas at the airports we operate in. Once you’ve accepted a job, your passenger will get walking directions to that area so they can find you quickly and easily.
JOIN THE QUEUE
We’ve got a feature specifically designed for drivers waiting for work at the airport. How it works: As soon as you enter the airport, you get a notification in the app to join the queue. See how many drivers are waiting and decide if you want to join. When you’re at the front of the queue, you get the next job.
